Special target materials are n-type organic semiconductors having tailor-made electron withdrawing groups like sulfonamide groups, amide groups, cyano groups etc besides the extended conjugation. Synthesis of organic, medicinal, and solar materials. Perovskite and organic solar cells synthesis as well as full development layer by layer with slot-die, spin, blade and dip coatings, including analysis of layers for efficiency enhancement and large scale production transfer.
